Central Oregon Family Therapy clinicians enjoy working with children, teens and their families to achieve their goals. We enjoy working with families to support healthier and happier relationships. Services offered in Portland and Redmond, Oregon. Clinicians in Redmond are the following: Jodi, Jen, Elise and Chelsea. Portland location are the following: Alondra, Bri and Ryan. Alondra offers services in Spanish. We offer telehealth and in person sessions based on your preference. We also offer a meet and greet for you to determine if we are a good fit for you and your needs. REDMOND Jodi (located in Redmond) offers play therapy, solution focused therapy, EMDR, Trauma Focused CBT, CBT and attachment modalities. I utilize trauma informed care as well as evidence based practices. She often says the goals are the same for all clients, friends, family and even herself! "I want all people to be: happy, health, safe and connected." Accepts the following insurances: OHP, Pacific Source Community Solutions, Care Oregon and Providence. Jen (located in Redmond) is passionate regarding working with children, adults, couples, and families. While I utilize a wide range of approaches, she strongly relies on Cognitive-Behavioral aspects, Client-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Strengths-Based, and Mindfulness. When working with children, her interventions include Play Based Therapy, Art Therapy, and Sand Tray Therapy. During her free time she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with my family. Elise is skilled in attachment based modalities, trauma and strength based modalities. Elise loves her dog (often makes appearances in session) and hiking in Central Oregon. Accepts the following insurances: OHP, Pacific Source Community Solutions, Care Oregon and Providence. Chelsea (located in Redmond) is an adult and couples therapist. Chelsea is passionate regarding fostering healing practices and relational work. Chelsea utilizes a variety of practices; including parts work, mindfulness and meditation. Accepts the following insurances: OHP, Pacific Source Community Solutions, Care Oregon and Providence. PORTLAND Bri (located in Portland)-is currently accepting new clients. Bri specializes in working with couples and families addressing attachment and communication issues. Bri utilizes emotionally focused therapy to restore the connection in relationships. Accepts the following insurances: OHP, Pacific Source Community Solutions, Care Oregon and Providence. Alondra (located in Portland) is currently accepting new clients. Alondra offers services in Spanish as well. Alondra works with individuals and children utilizing a variety of modalities to support emotional health. Alondra utilizes CBT, DBT and person centered approaches. Accepts the following insurances: OHP, Pacific Source Community Solutions, Care Oregon and Providence. Ryan (located in Portland)- is currently accepting new clients. Ryan has experience in working with children, couples and individuals utilizing EMDR, solution focused and other person centered approaches.
